Challenge
Centre Point, a luxury real estate development by Almacantar, needed a unique marketing strategy to connect with elite Chinese buyers and build emotional resonance with their lifestyle aspirations. Despite the building’s central location and iconic architecture, awareness among the target demographic was low.
Approach
To connect Centre Point with its ideal clientele, ELGreen produced culturally relevant content, including collaborations with Whisky Magazine and Savile Row designer QuanYingmei. We orchestrated a lifestyle interview set in the Centre Point showroom and created short cinematic videos that echoed motifs from trending Chinese dramas. This multimedia campaign positioned Centre Point as a sophisticated, high-end residence tailored for modern luxury seekers.
